Remote support

In some cases, our support team can provide direct support to your device through remote access. This allows us to control your device via the internet and allow us to pinpoint issues far more accurately.

By default we install Remote Support on all of our devices. It can be found within Grid 3 under Menu – Help – Remote Support.

On your Start menu it can be found under Smartbox or Sensory Software on older devices

If you do not have the Remote support app installed:

Download Remote support (4mb)

We will then talk you through the usage of the application.
