CallCenter and Grid 3

CallCenter is a program used to access smart phones. It comes in two parts, an app for your phone and Windows software for your device.

CallCenter is currently version 6.3. This offers two types of connection to your mobile phone. Currently only the ‘Android app via Bluetooth connection’ is supported.

It is important to trial the Remote Phone Call App and CallCentre on your device before you purchase as functionally may vary depending on your phone.

Unfortunately the Google Play Store do not offer refunds.

Setting up with the Hands Free Profile

Please note that we are aware of a number of issues with the ‘Hands free profile license’ and therefore we would not recommend using this version.

We have included instructions below if you would like to try this connection, however please note that we are not able to support with any issues. Please report to Just Remote Phone: support@justremotephone.com

The Hands Free Profile licence uses your device speaker and microphone. The Android app is only compatible with Android 4.0 or higher, phone compatibility and functionality may vary.

Download and install the Windows app
(no phone app is required for this connection method)

You will need to purchase a licence from: Remote Phone Call (the licence is significantly more expensive than the Android app.)
