How do I add a command to a cell in Grid 3?

Grid 3 has a wide range of commands to perform different tasks. Commands are added to the cells in your grid set, when you activate the cell, the commands will trigger and perform their action. Commands range from speaking a word out loud to browsing the web. Multiple commands can be added to the same cell to chain different actions together.
