Echo cancellation setting in Grid
If you are using your device microphone and speakers together (for example when using Grid Phone), your device speakers can interfere with your microphone, causing echos.
Use the Echo Cancellation setting in Grid to prevent this. Go to Settings – Phone – Echo cancellation.
As different devices are affected to varying degrees, there are three settings available: Low, Medium and High.
Please note that echo cancellation can sometimes take a few moments to take effect.
