EyeMouse Play reporting problem with USB 3.0 connection

You may find that the EyeMouse Play software reports a problem when connected to a USB 3.0 port. Please follow the steps below to fix this problem.

Please note that if you are using Windows 7 or earlier, the software is not compatible with USB 3.0 ports.

  • Remove the camera from the back box
  • Plug the camera into the tablet and wait for drivers to install
  • The camera can then be plugged back into the back box
  • Check the device is not running in power saver mode
  • Check myGaze is not running in high performance mode
