Finding Log files for our software

If you are experiencing issues with our software, including Grid 3, Look to Learn and The Grid 2, our support team may want to see the software log files. These file are automatically generated by our software and detail any issues that the program may be running in to.

Our software logs are all stored in the same place, in File Explorer navigate to:

C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Sensory Software\Diagnostic Logs

Our support team will request a file from this folder depending on your issues.
