We are aware of an issue with the latest Microsoft firmware update for Surface devices. This directly affects all Touch Pad devices.
Please do not install the latest update marked Surface – Firmware Update or similar, whilst we investigate and await further guidance from Microsoft.
If, on start up, your device says No bootable device, please contact your supplier.
