Fix for firmware update affecting Touch Pad

If your Touch Pad turns on and you see a black screen that says No bootable device, there are some options available to resolve the issue:

  1. Follow the steps outlined by Microsoft in their support article
  2. Contact our Support team, who can guide you through the Microsoft support article
  3. Request a USB stick pre-loaded with the .zip file fix (UK only)
