Grid 3 web browser not loading websites or appears black?

The Grid 3 web browser’s security settings can block content from specific websites. If Grid 3’s internal web browser is not loading any websites or appears black, try this fix: 

  1. Open the menu bar (three lines top left) – Settings – Web – Filtering

  1. If Allow only these websites is selected, and no websites have been added, Grid 3’s browser will not display any websites. You can add some websites to the list to allow access to specific sites.

  1. Change the drop down menu to Block these websites to allow for unrestricted website access, except for listed websites.
