If you have experienced high CPU (central processing unit) usage on Grid Pad 13 devices, we recommend resetting the Power Plan.
You can do this by going to Settings > System > Power & sleep > Additional power settings.
Ensure Balanced is selected, then click Change plan settings and select Restore default settings for this power plan and Save changes.
