Not receiving notifications of phone calls in Grid 3

If you have experienced intermittent issues with Grid 3 not registering incoming phone calls, this could be caused by having multiple mobile devices connected via Bluetooth.

If this is the case, you will see the following error: ‘Bluetooth is not turned on, on this device’.

To resolve this problem, open Device Manager, and remove all phones connected via Bluetooth. Then pair the phone you would like to use with Grid 3. This will ensure only one phone is paired.
