Remote Support

In some cases, our support team can provide direct support to your device through remote access. This allows us to control your device via the internet and allow us to pinpoint issues far more accurately. 

By default we install Remote Support on all of our devices. It can be found within Grid 3 under Menu – Help – Remote Support. You may also need to press Start Session

It can also be found inside the Windows Start menu, inside a folder called Smartbox.
