Returning an item to us

If you are having any issues with your Smartbox product, you maybe asked to return the item to us. In the UK, contact our support team prior to sending us anything, we may be able to fix problems remotely and can assist with the returns process.. If a return is necessary, you will be forwarded to our online repair form (found here). Complete the form and download the packing instructions (download the instructions here).

Ensure you write the RMA number clearly on the label and we will arrange collection of the device.
