Smartbox and your data

Grid 3, Grid for iPad, Grid Player and some of our website services have features that require us to store your data online. We take your privacy and protection of this data seriously. This article outlines how and where we store your user data.

Grid for iPad

Grid for iPad does not store any user specific data online, this includes chat history, predictions, voice settings and other features that require Grid to recall what has been said by the user. This data is stored on the device itself and not transmitted to any Smartbox or third party service.

If Grid for iPad is linked to Dropbox, grid set and message banked data is transmitted between Grid for iPad and the Dropbox service.
