Touch screen hooking is a setting in QuickAccess which allows the mouse and touch screen to override eye gaze.
If this function is turned on, you will notice that eye gaze is disabled when you use the the mouse or touch screen.
To turn this function off, right hand click on the QuickACCESS icon in the bottom right of your screen and select Extras.
Then select the General tab and untick Use touch screen hooking option.
