Unable to add a grid set to Grid explorer from a USB or Online Grids

You may have experienced difficulties adding a grid set to the Grid explorer from a USB or Online Grids.

This problem is caused by two folders in the same User having similar names. For example ‘Computer control’ and ‘Computer Control’.

To resolve this issue make sure you use unique files names when adding grid sets.
