Unable to send messages using Grid 3 with Call Center

If you are having difficulty sending text messages using Grid 3 with Call Center (connected by Bluetooth), make sure you have checked the following:

  • The app is on the phone
  • The app is up to date
  • You have credit or allowance
  • The phone can send messages directly (not using the app)
  • You have not passed the sent message limit*

* By default Call Center sets a limit of 500 sent messages / month.

To change this setting:

  • Open the app
  • Go to the SMS section > Maximum SMS
  • Select Maximum of 1000
  • Select reset the SMS counter
