We work closely with all of our international partners to help customers around the world get the most from Grid.


We offer dedicated support for all our users and Partners to get the help they need at any time. If you need assistance with a device, or a user you’ve sold to is having trouble, we will be on hand to assist.


Our products have been engineered with longevity in mind, meaning that repairs have been made as painless as possible. We can arrange for all repairs to come back to us, or we can offer training to empower you to manage some repairs in-house. We’ll work with you to create a system that works for your business.


From grid sets to product manuals, this team is your one-stop shop for all your translation needs. We believe that AAC should be accessible for everyone who needs it. That’s why we collaborate with our Global Partners to translate materials and adapt products to suit your territory.


We want to make sure that you have all the materials you need to go to market. We are always thinking of new ways to keep you informed, give you product updates and share useful case studies with you.


We have always offered Grid, device and other training to our Global Partners. In the next 12 months we will be delivering an official Global Partner Training Programme too – with content specifically designed for you.
