Assistive Technology Specialist

We’re looking for an Assistive Technology Specialist to join our team in the South West / South Wales region.

The job

This role is all about developing relationships with new and existing customers. You will be visiting individuals, specialist centres, schools and care homes to demonstrate Smartbox products and deliver training.

As an Assistive Technology Specialist, a key part of your role will be to work alongside industry professionals to help trial products with users and evaluate the most appropriate solutions for them. You will also represent Smartbox at exhibitions and trade shows.

Skills required

We are looking for an effective communicator, with good presentation and time management skills. The ability build relationships and write clear reports is very important. You’ll also need strong technical knowledge and understanding of Windows and iOS.

Experience in the field of AAC and assistive technology is essential.
