In light of the government’s latest announcement of a national lockdown starting tomorrow in the UK, we wanted to share an update on our services and reassure people that we will continue to support the needs of those who use Assistive Technology.

New support hours

Where possible our teams are still working remotely. Our Support channels will stay open as usual and we have extended our hours for November from 8am – 7pm (GMT).

Visits will still be available

Visits will still be available, but we will be stepping up our protocol to ensure we can continue to safely provide AAC to those that need it. Virtual visits will be offered wherever possible.

When working face-to-face with clients we will be wearing the highest level of PPE (including fit-tested unvented FFP3 masks, gowns, eye protection and gloves).

Temperatures are checked daily. All devices are cleaned thoroughly after each user, and we provide transparent pull-up screens to support social distancing.

Keeping AAC users and the people that support them safe is still our number one priority. We have safety processes in place when it comes to delivering orders, loans, repairs and swap out devices.

All devices will go through a 48-hour quarantine period and will be sanitised before we ship them.


We will continue to fulfil orders and keep up with the demand. We have no current issues with supply and a good stock of products.
