We are ready to start face to face visits again

We are delighted to announce that from 1 July we will once again be offering UK customers face to face visits at home and school.

We have put in place a number of new safety measures so that we can do this in a safe and responsible way. Our new Visit safety process provides a step by step outline of these measures.
