Resources to explain why we are wearing PPE

Now that we are once again visiting people at home, and given that our team will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), we have made some resources to help explain this to users.

The PPE Social Story grid sets explains that people visiting you at home might be wearing PPE and that they are doing this to keep everyone safe.

The text and images can all be customised to suit the situation and type of PPE being worn. There are two versions – one printable and one fully symbolised.

We also have personalised versions for each member of our Assistive Technology Team, including a PDF version that can be emailed to you before a face to face visit.
