Our new online Hub is the single 24/7 destination for useful information on how to get the most out of your Smartbox product, combining 25 years of expertise across the company, from AAC specialists, engineers, SLTs and more.

The Hub catalogues information into intuitive, searchable and easy-to-find categories, with options for Support, Training and Product including:

  • Getting a device repaired
  • Information on Software, Grid sets, Devices and Access Methods
  • Troubleshooting for product queries
  • Printable paper-based resources
  • Manuals in a variety of languages
  • Workshops, webinars, and options for personalised training
  • Contacting Smart Support

Although our Support Team provide world-leading assistance, they can’t be available 24/7. The Hub means you can access around-the-clock information and support for Grid or your Smartbox device.

The quality checking process

Information is routinely checked by Smartboxers to ensure it is kept up-to-date.

To further improve the quality of the content, Hub users can share their feedback at the bottom of each article to let us know if the information was useful and if it solved your query.

Become a Grid expert

Smartbox Hub means you can get equipped with the tools to become an expert in Grid. Next year we will be announcing the exciting ways you can get involved with improving the Hub. For now, you can share you Grid tips in the Faceboook Community.
