‘Make a Noise about bullying’ Grid set

The Anti-Bullying Alliance has set the theme of this year’s Anti-bulling week ‘Make a Noise about bullying’ starting from the 16th – 20th November.

The Anti-Bullying Alliance says that one of the key aims of the week is to empower children and young people to make a noise about bullying – whether it is happening to them or to someone else, face to face or online. We at Smartbox feel that AAC users should be able to do this too. Trevor Mobbs, our training and resource manager, has created a new Grid 3 grid set especially for the awareness week. In the grid set we offer advice about different kinds of bullying, web resources and a ‘speak to someone’ cell, which allows the user to ask for help if they feel they are being bullied.
