MyGaze Assistive 2 to be discontinued

The MyGaze Assistive 2 camera is to be withdrawn from sale in Q2 2018.

The product will be withdrawn from our range due to a recent takeover of SMI, the manufacturers of the camera by Apple. As a result of this takeover, SMI will permanently end production later this year.

We have purchased a large amount of stock that will enable us to continue supplying the device until Spring of 2018 – the precise time will be determined by the demand.

Until then we will continue to supply the camera with our Grid Pad Eye 11, 13 and 18 devices, and as a standalone device.

We want to reassure all customers that we will continue to support any myGaze Assistive 2 camera purchased from us, and your warranty will not be affected.

We will continue to offer a range of high quality eye gaze cameras with our Grid Pad Eye communication aids and individually, these include:

  • Alea Intelligaze
  • EyeTech TM5
  • LC Eye Gaze Edge
