We are trialling video support calls for the first time.

You can schedule a video support call with one of our Support Specialists using our new booking form.

Our friendly Support Team are here to help with any troubleshooting or questions you may have about our products and services.

You can book a range of free sessions with the team:

  • Video support call (30 minutes)
  • Phone support call (20-30 minutes)
  • Quick support chat (10 minutes)
  • New device welcome session (90 minutes)

 

The length of each session and content covered will be completely tailored to your needs.

New device welcome sessions

Our welcome sessions are for customers with a new Smartbox device. One of our Support Specialists will give you an overview of your new communication aid and go through general maintenance.

Each session is tailored to the customer’s access method and requirements. Some may include a basic overview of Grid AAC software, others will go into more detail on particular features.

 


Our Support lines are open Monday to Friday between 8am – 10pm BST. Prebooked appointments are available between 9am – 6pm BST.
