We’re supporting Purple Tuesday, an initiative driving positive change in customer experience for disabled people and their families.
Smartbox exists to serve the needs of disabled people and we want to lead the way in providing the best and most accessible experience. As part of Purple Tuesday, we’re pledging to make our services and communication channels as accessible as possible – giving them the same consideration as our products.
For example, this means creating surveys that are accessible to AAC users so their voices can be heard. It means making sure accessibility has been considered when we create materials and resources, social media posts and videos. It means improving our website and knowledge base so that our customers can search for the information they need independently.
We will be joining thousands of organisations across the UK on Tuesday 3 November to celebrate the value of disabled customers and the improvements that organisations have committed to making.
