We’ve launched our first accessible customer survey as part of our commitment to change the customer experience for disabled people.
We are listening and would like to hear from people who use AAC, their families and the professionals who support them. Your feedback and insights will shape our products and services as we continue to develop them in 2021 and beyond.
There are up to 15 questions, many of which are multiple-choice. We have created accessible grid set versions for people using Grid software.
Accessible survey grid sets
To ensure everyone’s voice is heard we’ve created a grid set for people using Grid software to access the survey.
You’ll find the symbol and text-based grid sets in Online Grids. To add them, go to Menu – Add grid sets – Online Grids and search for AAC Survey.
We made a series of pledges to improve the Smartbox customer experience as part of Purple Tuesday on 3 November 2020. This is an annual awareness day with the intention of making change for all 365 days of the year.
