In a case of ‘perfect timing’ we have had Josh, a student and Penn Hall School, with us this week in Malvern. As part of his work experience with the team at Smartbox HQ Josh has been involved in delivering training alongside Gemma, lending a hand on support calls and being the first user to test and experiment with the new Soundbox Grid sets for Grid 3.

We (the marketing team) paid Josh a visit in Malvern and were lucky to see a Mark Ronson in the making! Josh took to the new grid set easily (after initially blowing our socks off with volume!) and was quickly creating smooth beats.

Here, Josh tells us what he thought of the new grid set:

“Soundbox is a great introduction to Eye-Gaze for older students. It is fun, cool and creative for all music lovers, also for people who want to compose some great music.

Soundbox has three different styles of music. They are all amazing! My favourite music composer in Soundbox is the ‘Beats’ one because it is the most creative composer.

When I first used Soundbox, I jumped since my Eye-Gaze was on maximum volume. It was extremely loud, so make sure your volume is set on low before you first use Soundbox.

I loved this little app!”

Thanks for the review Josh and thanks for your contribution to the team over the last week. We wish you all the best with your development dreams and are sure we’ll be playing one of your computer games really soon!
