For customers in the UK and Ireland, Smart Care provides three years of after care service for Smartbox devices, included with your device. You can also extend Smart Care by upgrading to five years from the date your device is shipped.
Smart Care is available with our Grid Pad, and Talk Pad devices.

With Smart Care, customers can benefit from one free device repair or replacement per year, a free courtesy device while we complete your repair, battery and charger protection, unlimited telephone and remote support, and cover for all shipping costs
